What's Layer N?
Layer N is a new type of L2 scaling network on Ethereum.Layer N is an execution layer for rollups. Each rollup runs highly-optimized custom VMs called XVMs or general VMs like the EVM.Each rollup lives in the StateNet, a unified communication and liquidity layer that makes inter-rollup composability seamless, without withdrawal periods or bridges.
Why Layer N?
Layer N not only hyper-scales rollup performance, but most importantly enable a world of many rollups to feel like a single chain.
